Being human is hard, but you don't have to face your challenges on your own. When we work together, I will meet you where you are, and we will collaboratively build a unique therapeutic experience that best fits your individual needs and personality. No matter what you are struggling with, I believe that an authentic therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of successful healing. I aim to bring a warm and nurturing atmosphere to each therapy session.

 

I am completing my EdM in mental health counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. I hold a BA in sociology & women's studies from Vassar College. Prior to joining The Pond, I worked in higher education, where I supported the wellbeing of graduate students of all ages.
